A BRICK IS A BRICK IS A BRICK

Uploaded: January 28, 2008

Description

I've had my car washed at the same car wash for years and never noticed the glass brick wall until today. It had just rained and the sky was now clear and blue and the sun shown through the glass bricks, drawing my attention to them.

I always carry a camera in the car and managed to get this cropped but otherwise unprocessed shot.

Thank you Marina. Your gallery reflects the type of images I'd like to learn how to do. I'm trying to learn how to take people shots and how to light them. I liked your "Bookish #4" a lot. Dale #5416249

Great image, Dale -- very striking! #5432892

Thanks Deb. I had strayed away from taking this type of image (which I like) and gone down other roads for awhile. There is just so-o-o-o much to see and so much to capture and so much to create using the imagination that it sometimes seems overwhelming. But, what the heck, I love it so full speed ahead! #5433246
