Taken 15 Dec 2007 at 8:10am
Focal length 300mm, f5.6, 1/100, ISO 400, image quality RAW.
This Flicker was sitting out a snow storm just outside our window. By shooting at a slower speed I was able to get some snow streaks in the picture as well as the one snow flake on the bird.

Thanks for the nice comments. This is a Yellow Shafted Flicker. It was taken in my back yard in Huntley, IL. We are about 50 miles NW of Chicago.
