Description

this is a male kingfisher waiting to dive for a passing little fish.
photo made out of sheltertent, about 3 meters distance . it took a few weeks before the bird used my tree, but then he came every 15 minutes to catch his fish.

foto made with canon eos 10d with 100-400 is lens shuttertime 1/8 sec.
