Happy Birthday Tammy. I was going to send you a picture of the lights of Karuah, but then I thought, no point having you dissatisfied with Vegas!! This is my home made version of the flood filter effect. Nemil put the idea in my head sometime ago, working with reflections. I copied the picture, flipped it vertically, applied Gassian Blur, darkened the bottom half, merged it all & used the Fine Warp to make the ripple effects. One day I'll get the program & do it properly. Lens aperture F/4.4, shutter speed 1/640sec, focal length 14mm, taken in my sister's front garden around 3:30pm.
