Description

This guy is a good friend of mine. I have spent quite a bit of time with him out in the plains of South Dakota. He can be found in the same general area almost as regularly as most whitetail bucks. On this particular day he was in a posing mood and allowed me to get extra close. He is in an area that is not hunted which makes him a tad easier to approach, however he still cannot be directly approached without fleeing.

A very nice capture Cory! The yellow light makes it a very striking photo, was it a sunrise/sunset causing the color? #11656

Hi Cory, The light and composition are what make this a very special and striking photo. Best of luck! #19427
