What a beautiful rose. You did a great job. Spring is coming. THAT MEANS MORE ROSES! Yippeeeeeee!

You know what is really neat for photographers to have in their "KIT"? A water spray bottle. You can "mist" spider webs, flowers, plants and then take close ups! It's really fun and some dew drops are really pretty on roses.

A great shot, you have a good eye!! If your going to use a mask to blur the background, you might want to paint it a bit closer to the flower. Something else to think about, instead of blurring or in a combination with it, is cropping. It may be hard at first, but taking some stuff OUT of the photo can REALLY make it more powerful! Plus, Laura's suggestion of a spray bottle is a good one. You have a very artistic eye, keep up the good work!! #5862818
