A Great Egret glides across the marsh near Mayport, Florida. Photo taken October 22, 2002 using a Canon EOS D30.

Beautiful picture.
Very good colors and you really captured the elegant flight of the great egret.

I wonder if your D30 managed to get the white balance this well or if you did any post processing. Also, what lense was used for this shot ?

Thanks, Claudio. Yes, there was some post-processing of this shot, but mainly to brighten up the darker areas. I was using my 100-400mm Canon lense on this shot. #18815
