Thanks, Ladies! The weather hasn't been cooperating for the moonscape photo I've been planning, but I decided to capture some foggy morning shots instead. Thanks to Art Rosch for some digital tips regarding noise filters. #744535

Thank you Bonnie, Paul C, Murry and K. Kelly, this is the Helicon Noise Reduction Filter, available free...do a Google search. Art also recommended NeatImage, and said several others were available. I haven't tried the others. Helicon is very easy to use. I finally got into full manual the other day (up to now I've always let the camera pick one or more settings). I've learned that I need to be sensitive to the white balance setting as the sun comes up. Night shots, I've used Tungsten (incandescent) setting, but this makes images too blue as the sun rises. This shot is back to auto white balance. I'm glad you liked the results! #745184

Thanks for the info Dorothy! I'll do a search. I've never used a noise filter before, and I've got a few images that can use them! Congrats again on a beautiful shot! -K #745239
