Now it has the air of the Surreal. Very striking, Paul! Still quite eerie though. (There is a "Dead Tree Region" in Missouri.. turns out, in the huge quake of 1811 on the New Madrid fault, the Mississippi River changed course (!) and when the land sank, an instant lake was formed which killed the trees. Well, they are still standing there. Now, that IS kinda scary!) Was there a fire in this area? #5072729
