Aww, this is SO cute RoxAnne - a 'dog day afternoon' indeed!! I love doggie's expression, and the way he/she is looking straight at us! What beautiful eyes too...and that jowl resting over the armrest of the chair is priceless!! Great lighting, colours, and details... Excellent capture! By the way, what is doggie's name RoxAnne, and what breed is she? #158607

thanks for the nice comments. That's my Bear, he's a choc. lab and graces the animal gallery of my website, with his brother Charlie, the chesapeake bay retriever.
I submitted the wrong photo though, this one was before photoshop correction. If you notice a little peice of his collar sticks out on the chair. Oh well, just downloaded the wrong one.... again. hehe #714026

Thank you for the info. regarding your dogs RoxAnne! I hope we'll get to see a photo of Charlie too sometime(?)! What colour is he? Bear looks to be one 'goofy' dog - lying up there on the chair like that - but he's a beautiful colour though... I guess he's claimed that chair on the verandah as his own by now!

That's a bit annoying (for you!) that you posted the incorrect image RoxAnne...why don't you just post the other one as well sometime - the one without the piece of his collar showing! I had noticed that there actually, and was wondering what it was... It's not THAT distracting though!! Once again, great shot! #716344

That was nice of you! I will post the other one cause when I post these "baby pictures" I never have the intention of winning, just want to show off the babies ya know.
posting a shot of charlie the chessy dog right now. He's a beauty too.
he's actually in for surgery today. He tore his cruciate ligament. He broke my heart last night when I dropped him off. He is very devoted to me. I rescued him from a very bad situation. Charlie will go out of his way to please me, Bear, on the other hand, will go out of his way to please himself. Cant you just tell that by looking at him??? LOL LOL he cracks me up. He's a handfull!
