using infrared filter insede the camera (hot mirror replaced).....
Post process : Photoshop, using channel mixer and selective color to get the final result...

I love this, as a fellow IR photographer. I would not have recognized this image as IR, though I certainly felt attracted to it. Very lovely.

Yes I agree, at first it doesn't look IR, but it certainly has an attraction.
