Life of Leisure

Uploaded: October 17, 2007

Description

Upon leaving my office this evening I spotted my office outside cats in a "Life of Leisure" and could not resist getting the camera for a capture. I loved not only their relaxation on their "Cat House" but the awesome dual reflection in the BG. The sun was at an angle that gave a distinct two layer appearance in the window. I even got my own reflection to boot. Had the flash off and this is just as taken with no changes except slight sharpening as shot in RAW. The slight tilt to the right ever so slightly was intentional for composition. Comments appreciated. No idea which category but was trying for element of design and that is where it landed.

I forgot the calico is Annie and the other her son is Austin. Maybe I should have picked the MT instead. #764331

Thanks for sharing this great moment with us Emile! This slice of life capture is exquisite, I love everything about it. One would bet good money that it was a flash shot, glad I didn't! #4945605

Adorable cats, wonderful reflection, Emile. My cats live a life of leisure, too. I really enjoy spoiling them, and they wouldn't have it any other way! #4946092

Hello All and thanks for visiting and commenting, Judy, John, Sam, Shelly, Melissa, and Husain. John the first shot I took with the flash but when I checked the LCD it put a bad glare so turned it off the the rest of the shots. This was the best of 4 getting both with eyes forward. No problem Husain we all get tied up, comment when you can. #4948985
