Peggy, she's not just an "Indian Beauty", she's a world beauty! This is an excellent portrait! #680253

Beautiful portratit, Peggy. Nice choice on lighting. The deeper shadows on the left side of the face adds some depth and character. #680256

Thank you Char! I bought this outfit for her from India a few months ago. I have always wanted a portrait of her in a Indian outfit to show off some of her culture. Most of the photos I took of her are with out a smile, but they just show off her beautiful features more. #680260

Excellent! And I agree with you Peggy on the non-smile...it's much more worldly and classic looking. #680297

Wow, thank you so much for commenting! Donald, I told her what you said and you should have seen her smile. She is always saying how she doesn't think she is pretty and I just don't get it. #680471

Your welcome Peggy, I am married to a woman from the Philippines and I have always thought that the women of the Asian countries are the most beautiful in the world. Your model has a natural beauty that is only common with women of the Far East! I saw her other pictures in your gallery and they are equally as striking!

You also have an excellent eye behind the camera. Keep up the great work! #680482

Thank you Robert! I am going digital this week. Still trying to decide on which new lens though. I bought the Sigma 28-300 and hated it. The focus time was soooo slow. Now I am debating between the cannon 70-500 or the 70-200 LX series. Any suggestions from anyone?

Congrats Peggy!!

If you're looking for a portrait lens for Canon, for outdoor candid shots I use the 70-200 F4L (which I find to be great--and very fast focusing). Indoors, the 100mm F2 is very good. I use them both with my Digital Rebel SLR. Just some suggestions... #779562
