A few seconds too late
Description: Bright Light #2 - I used an f-stop of 5.0 trying to blur the clouds ever so slightly. The shutter speed of 1/125 would have been enough to freeze the flag as it snapped in the wind a few seconds earlier. No increase in ISO was needed due to the amount of sunlight available.
