Temple Of Spring

I did have no idea how to shoot this scene, one of the problems was blowing wind over meadow, I had no chance to freeze the meadow and flowers, completely.What I did was using 1 stop ND filter and set up f stop to maximum range then I could capture movements on the foreground. All critiques are welcome.
Shutter speed 1/3, F/22, Polarizing Filter and 1 stop ND Filter, @ 10mm FL
