Sky Full of Glory

Uploaded: June 24, 2007

Description

Please remember our men and women at war
Friday we had a rain storm early evening and the sky was so red after.
It was on the East side of the house for about 10 mins, that I saw.
This photo was taken on the West Side as the Sun was going down.
The rest of the sky everywhere else was grey and blue.
It really was a awsome sight to see.
The flags I took at a church graveyard the night before
Comment's welcome and have a GREAT DAY!
Thanks Bob for help with the title.

This photo was by mistake actually as I didn't know how to add photo's together with PS7.
I wasn't even planning on adding the flags in, it must have been meant to be I guess.
I was using multiply and clicking to see what mask was and I had my flags open, which at that time it came in the photo.

changed the background to black on each flag
applied image multiply 50%, invert, mask - once with each flag when added

Thanks so much Steve. It was by mistake LOL. I didn't know how to do this in PS7. I had the flags open and hit mask and it came in. I liked it so much I HAD to keep it there, then added the second one. It actually had the colors of the flag backwards and thought shoot, how do I get them right. I hit the invert then they went right, so I learned 2 things new in one photo. #4431719

Very effective "mistake", they reckon what's not planned turns out the best results. Our sky was just like that on Saturday. Good one. #4432017

Woa!!! Holy cow, woman! This is the best I have seen you do yet! The sunset is a knockout sunset but getting the 'wavy' flag blended the way you did, is just perfect. Not too heavy!! REALLY, really cool, Peaches! #4432882
