Thanks so much, you nice BPers who have brightened my morning! Yes, Ken, like I said, even if it takes me years to save, it's only L lenses for me from now on. The only thing that bothers me is that there don't seem to be any L macro lenses with image stablization and the IS on this lens has me spoiled beyond recovery...! #4366051
