Hi Jeff,

This is amazing! It has drawn me in and held my attention trying to work out how you did this. Is it one leaf or six? Very well done, love it!

Jeff - When I first saw the image when it was a small thumbnail, I thought this is going to be something special when I click on it to make it big.
Very good shot!!! I see this as moving on to better results.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. This was a shot I took during Brenda Tharp's class Creating Visual Impact (excellent class!!). Her lesson that week motivated me to find this! It is a single leaf in my front yard...partially backlit by sun just before dusk...the gradation of shadows caught my eye, along with the pattern of lines. It is an especially rewarding shot since, from a rather mundane area, I was able to see this shot. And, that is what I constantly strive to do.

Anyway, thanks for your nice comments... #2120772
