Description

Taken at the Ky Horse Park on a very overcast day. ( I am not at all educated on horses and a little confused over the terms colt and foal.... I do know that this young horse is a male and I think that makes him both a foal and a colt??? Please feel free to correct me if I have this title wrong!)

Lovely image, love the wind in his mane and the curious look in his eye. You are right he is a colt. A foal is a generic baby horse, a colt is a male and a filly is a female. They then become a Mare (female) by 4 and a Stallion (male) or a gelding (also male but castrated). #543119
