Fern after resizing
Description: I zoomed in and cropped then smart sharpened. Size: 864x315 pixels, 798KB, 2.16x.8 inches, 400ppi. I changed the width to 14", pixels changed to 4200x1531, file size changed to 18.4MB. I checked resample and changed resolution to 300ppi. I also checked bicubic smoother but when I recheck image size, it has changed back to bicubic sharper (????). Not flattened
