A bit desaturated, guassian blurred the background, color dodged the eyes, cleaned up a few scratches (common on a 6 year old), and used unsharp mask. Wasn't really sure where I was originally going with this image, but I was quite pleased with the outcome. He yawned right before I took the picture which made his eyes more glossy.
