Yes, it is lit. I have three strobes with a total of 1040 ws. I probably need 4 times that. I had two strobes off to the left side behind the receptionist desk. Both with umbrellas. The strobe in the picture obviously has a panel. I also had a strobe just under the desk basically where the pole is. I had it low with an umbrella trying to light up the furniture. Not really any effect with 200ws. Ideally I would have more powerful strobes but am not sure where I could have put them. I cannot put them behind me because of the glare off the window. Notice the on camera flash I used to trigger my strobes (don't ask). I suppose I could put another strobe under that counter by the pole but directionally different. This was certainly a challenge. Used f/22 to get as much DOF as possible which was another problem I encountered. I am ready to take my beating and move on to try and make Crisco look as good as Cindy's. Seriously, great exercise.
