A golden life still unfurling
Uploaded: May 04, 2007
I dedicate this to my wife, Frances who has given me a most golden life of 42 year and we are still counting.
I took my artform golden ring, placed in a yellow rose of Texas and tried to compose this in such a way to reveal that the golden life is still unfurling and has much ahead of it despite its beautiful past and present. Life is not perfect so I left one very small defect from the past in the left bottom corner to represent that. Canon 5D, Sigma 180 macro lens, 25mm extension tube, tripod, remote controller, ambient light on back poarch at 6PM, ISO 400, TV mode at 1/3 sec and F/9 to get some depth of field. Your comments are welcome and placed in monthly theme. Have a nice week-end and would you believe that Golden wife of mine is going to be my assistant at the bullride shoot. Now that is Love.
