Probably 9 to 12 inches. He kept moving around the pole so I had some trouble getting him. He had just dropped his dinner (the small beetle in a picture I posted a couple of days ago) because I was upsetting him. He's only a jumping spider - harmless to humans and only about the size of a lady bug. #4222811

Spiders don't bother me but they can be gross looking close up. This guy looks like a stuffed animal. I never think of a spider as being cute.
