Sunrise, Mesquite Dunes

Uploaded: April 19, 2007

Description

Photo of a man walking across the Mesquite Dunes, Death Valley NP, right after sunrise. Canon 70-200L, ISO 100, f11 @ 1/60th, tripod. I spent the early morning out on the highest dune in the Mesquite Dune area--had the whole place to myself until the trekker wandered by.

Fantastic composition Robert. The person looks small and insignifecent in comparison to the vast wilderness. Great image! #4187650

I love this photo, Robert! What a wonderful image! This was clearly a case where having other people around - as you enjoyed the natural beauty of the park - was a blessing. #4492081
