Thanks to everyone for all the great comments!
I setup a light tent outside, collected about seven lizards and put them all inside at once. I got several great shots; however, getting them to stay still long enough was pure luck. A lot of the pictures I ended up with were blurry images of a lizard on my camera lens. I actually did very little PS work on this photo. Obviously cropped out the background and then I just played with the contrast of each color until I found something I liked.
