1. Facial expression must be neutral (not frowning nor smiling) with the mouth closed.
2. Photos must reflect/represent natural skin tones
3. The face and shoulders image must be centred in the photo.
4. Photos must show both edges of the face clearly.
5. The image must be clear, sharp and in focus.
