It was another terribly hot and humid Texas day on this day. I was sitting on very hot pavement at the curb surrounded by kids. That's how I was able to get this angle. :-) I doubt these skirts gave these guys any relief from the heat!

Allan, you are right about that! They all at least have the same foot off the ground. :-)

Murry, hate to say this, but these guys and gals are the North Texas Caledonian Pipes & Drums. So even Texan men wear skirts! LOL!
