Peek-a-Boo

Uploaded: February 17, 2007

Description

f7.1, 1/125, iso200, 51mm manual focus and exposure

My cat, Sly likes to peek at me through the mini-blinds when I'm on my porch. He's very camera shy, but I was ready with the camera this time. Sly is 13 years old and diabetic, but doing well.

Cute capture of Sly, Jan. All my kitties are camera shy, but I've made them that way by trying to photograph them too often. #3959430

This is so cute. Glad you had your camera handy to catch this shot of Sly. Glad he's doing OK. We too have a diabetic cat on daily insulin. Hard to get it regulated. #3960537

Thanks everyone.
Karen- yes, it is hard to keep regulated. I once had it regulated so that he was off insulin for a couple months, but his glucose came back up, so he's been on it ever since. He's on a strictly canned food diet now and that helps a lot. Anyway, I digress - this is a photo site and it's rare that I get a decent shot of him, so I'm thrilled. #3960577
