Description

I enlarged the canvas but not the flower and created an additional layer behind it with the pattern from the center. Then I distorted it with the glass filter and crosshatch. On the flower layer, I added a layer effect with a pillow emboss and also a stroke layer effect using the same pattern from the flower center.
