World Askew

"It's not me being askew, it's the world!" :) I think this picture captures a uniqueness of character. I removed various objects from the original image to make it less distracting from the main focus of the picture. Again, I used a long exposure (0.5 sec) in weak lighting conditions to get the desired effect of an overexposed background.
