This photo sure sets a mood; because, it is soft focused, the cats are in a loving mood too, I feel as if I am in a rain forest. There is no doubt about the subject, the horizontal format fits the subject and adds to the mood of calmness. The grass, rock, and trees all give a depth to the photo. You have captured a moment too.

I have a very minor suggestion: My eye does get drawn to the right middle edge; it can easily be corrected by using some “eye control” technique.
