Description

Increase Barge Traffic, reduce flooding, and increase electricity to industries are among the reasons for the flooding of good farm lands, cities, beautiful country, displacing many millions of people, and damaging Chinese treasures and pagodos of past dynasties.

Most the people are not happy about their government's choice. This is the double-edge sword of the Chinese Government.
