Description

I took a large series of photos of this flag on a perfect windy day, and then layered some at partial transparency in PS for the motion effect.

Exif: FNumber: 10, ExposureBiasValue: 0/6, ExposureTime: 0.0015625, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: , WhiteBalance: manual white balance
