Description

Doodling in Photoshop Elements 2.0
Started with a square, B/W image of a cable-stayed suspension bridge. (Hence all the fine lines.)
Applied a Kaleidoscope filter, then the 2-passes Polar Coordinates trick for photo balls.
Re-cropped off-center, and used Hue/Saturation to colorize red.
