Ice Kachang
Description: Ice kachang is a Malay term which literally means "red bean ice". A very popular desert for the locals in Singapore. It consists of crushed ice, set in a bowl drenched with brown sugar syrup (made from palm seed), sweet colored syrup, condensed milk, topped with sweet corn and laced with sweet red beans, aloe vera jelly, etc. I ordered this one after a long and tiring shooting session...yummy! [F3.2, 1/60sec, IS0400, 17-55mm @35mm, 7:45pm]
