Description

We were blanketed with thick fog yesterday and having struggled all week with the assignment I decided this was my moment. I headed to the park where there is a pair of swans. The fog was so dense I could barely see them. A couple of shots and I was going to quit when this one suddenly stretched and flapped his/her wings. I reached over to the camera which was set on the tripod, prefocussed and aperture set at f/8, and snapped the shot. ISO 800 (accidentally) 1/320 sec.

Exif: FNumber: 8, ExposureBiasValue: 2/2, ExposureTime: 0.003125, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 800, WhiteBalance: auto white balance
