Description

I picked this poor fella up off the side of the highway & took him to the local wildlife carer. Lucky I had my cat basket handy. He looked happy enough to be out of danger. Taken using Auto, around 11am.

Do you think its a young Kooka? I notice some bubs around over here at present(I only know they are young ones because they are being fed sometimes by the adults...size wise there is not much difference though).Great work in getting him/her to the wildlife carer.Lets hope he eventually flies on strong wings,onto a high gum tree.A very nice pic of one of our classic birds. #3444316
