Description

Orig: f/8, 2 Seconds, ISO64, -2ev, Shutter Priority, tripod.
Inspired by Judy Fung's curvy images, This started as an image similar to my "Curtain of Light".
(A camera-motion/panning image.) I first applied Motion Blur in a straight line direction
parallel to the streaks of color, then used the Shear filter with a few curve nodes.
Levels and USM, plus a tighter crop.
