Description: after Lasso:Polygonal tool on foreground & Filter:Motion Blur. Also did the same on train car. On trees used Magnetic Lasso and Filter: Motion Blur. On upper sky, used Magic Wand and curves to darken upper sky. Healing Brush to remove black building. I wanted image to look like the camera panned a moving train. A Wacom tablet would have given me more control with Healing brush.
