Description: 105mm macro lens, 1/640s @ f/8, -0.67 exposure compensation. Cropped and sharpened in Photoshop. I took LOTS of photos of this butterfly, because I was using hand-held and at minimum focal distance. Under those conditions it's very hard to get the focal distance exactly on the butterfly's head because the DOF is so small.
