Karen, this is my sharpening settings in Photoshop CS (after resizing to 480 pixels on the short edge)

USM 500%/0.2/0 then

PhotoKit from Pixel Genius http://pixelgenius.com/sharpener/

Output Sharpener Web&Multimedia setting, 1024-SuperFine Edge Sharpen

If Needed, PhotoKit Creative Sharpener Sharpening Brushes, Sharpen Brush Narrow Edges 1 (for selective sharpening such as the eye)

Then USM 100%/0.2/0 once or twice

After saving as a TIFF, I look at the image in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer (which is how the image will look after uploading to BP) and resharpen if necessary. Thanks for asking.
