Rakesh, I think I go for this version as it looks perfectly done. Exposure, lighting, details..all well done. #463831

Ricky, I think all are great portraits in their own respect. Here the eyes are really speaking, vibrant. Last one had more soothing effect and eyes were milder. Yaar ye model kon hai. In a woman I find eyes are the most impressive part. Mashaalla, mohterma ki ankhe to teer hai. Seedhe dil per war karti hain. Khush raho. Tarunda. #2888712

Guess I'm swimming against the tide, Rakesh... as lovely as this b&w version is, I find the sepia tones with Those Eyes more pleasing. But then, it's all a matter of personal taste, isn't it? #2888781

Paul Michko June 13, 2006

Another stunning image of this lovely lady, Rakesh. #2888824

Donald K. Cherry June 13, 2006

Gorgeous portrait, Rakesh!! #2888903

Glenn E. Urquhart June 13, 2006

Rakesh, both are quite beautiful and the same applies to this image as I stated for #1!!! I have spent a couple of minutes going from one to the other, and would have to say I like #1 a little better. #1 appears 'softer' which enhances 'those eyes' more! Any way they are both excellent... Cheers, Glenn. #2888904

Paul Sikora June 13, 2006

Rakesh, I like this one a little more because of the shadow on one side give this one the edge, but I would hang both side by side or under each other rather than choose one #2889347

William Moore June 13, 2006

Steve Mescha June 13, 2006

What a way to get people to study your work, LOLOL!!! I just spent 15 minutes looking from one to the other! I tend to lean toward a warm tone in B/W, but I think I prefer the crop on this one. Both versions show that you started with a great shot and added a bit of your soul :-) #2889818

Rakesh Syal level-classic June 13, 2006

Thank you so much for your valueable time and words, my friends! #2889852

Melissa G. Meiselman June 13, 2006

I looked at both several times to see the difference. This image has a blue cast, in other respects any other differences are so minor that I cannot give a difinitive answer.

While looking at both, I noticed a roughness in the whites of her eyes...as though you did not cover your editing tracks. If I were doing this I would have selected these portions and applied a surface blur.

So...my choice is the one you posted yesterday, Rakesh. #2889960

Cyn Valentine June 13, 2006

Beautiful b/w portrait!! Very well done Rakesh!! #2889965

Tamera S. Phillips June 13, 2006

I prefer this one Rakesh - the lighter tones show off her beautiful face better. #2890130

Nadya Johnson June 13, 2006

Between the two photos just alike, I looked at both just now and both are gorgeous; but I think I vote for this one. I like the cooler tones. I think it's a personal preference, though. Somehow the cooler tones emphasize her features more to me. #2890169

Goshka G. June 13, 2006

Those eyes again! I think this is my favorite, Rakesh! #2890514

Claudia Kuhn level-classic June 13, 2006

Too difficult for me to choose on a favorite. I like the sepia tones as it is a less used tone. #2890556

Rudra Mandal June 13, 2006

Sir both versions are really outstanding!!
But I am not sure about the models right eye(the white portion), which is looking slightly flat in my monitor.

Best regards

Kate Jackson June 13, 2006

I like the colour of this one best Rakesh! Also, I don't know if it is my monitor since no-one else seems to have mentioned but the other one has some different colour blotches on it.

Count my vote for this one Rakesh. Brings out the exotic look of this beautiful model. #2905358

Helen Green June 18, 2006

I also prefer this one, it is a beautiful portrait.

Like Kate I can see color blotches (red)on the other (on the left cheek, forhead and hands), maybe it is my calibration though as only one other person has mentioned it.

I think I would still prefer this one though - maybe I should invest in a new screen too as this one is quite old :-) #2912176

Susan Williams June 23, 2006
