Seattle Ferry

Description

The ferry is arring just past sunset at the Mukilteo terminal. The camera was facing east and Mt Baker can be seen on the eastern horizon. (+)

nice, but who is she? I have to go look her up now to find out which class and ship is at Mulkiteo 'cause this aint Seattle but comin' close to home

Kittitas (1980) or the Cathlamet?(1981) both 130class should be running here, but obviously this lady is much bigger than them as she's triple deck, so Walla Walla?

Hi Mary,

You had me intrigued so I zoomed in on the original image (large RAW file; 4300 by 2900 pixels). The name on the stem says "Kittitas, Seattle". According to this weblink: http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/your_wsf/our_fleet/index.cfm?vessel_id=35
Kittitas is a 130 class and has three stories.
