The wonderful vibrant blue of this door, full frame is a neat capture. Like the shadow from the iron latch.
Great eye for detail. #495468

This image was for a class project last semester. "Shadow' was the theme we were set and I decided to avoid the more obvious dramatic shadows cast by buildings and trees etc.
Thanks Chastity.

Thanks alot Ronda! I appreciate your visit. You may well have guessed that my old shed door needed a touch of Photoshop saturation enhancement and this could spur me to get out the real paint come the fall and our thermometer which seems stuck in the mid-nineties F for the past couple of months finally drops back into a more reasonable temperature.
Now I am off to take a look at your work. Will meet you there!

Pete, I'd echo what has been said. Great color pop on this one, something that is always popular on BP. #3395288

Thanks Jane! And the door still hasn't been painted!

Pete,
Hi! Great vibrant color on this shot. The texture of the wood also really contributes to the success of this photo!
Great work my friend!

I got a chuckle from the comment you made about why you took this "arty farty" photo.

I guess your tactic worked.
Congrats on your EP (a few years later). #8333088
