Looks very much like wyoming or Southern Montana to me, quite possibly along the Madison River #3677712

Looks like Yosemite in California. I miss it badly since moving to Texas. I love the image and the way sunrises and Sunsets look in the Sierras. #3677760

I would wager, Banff National Park, in Canada. #3677806

Yes, I'm agreeing with with Steve & going with:

Tioga Pass, Yosemite, near Mt. Dana.

what do I win? a car? a house?

(actually I can't win as a BP instructor but I couldn't help throw in a guess!) #3678160

Steve and Sean beat me to it with their guesses being Tioga Pass in Yosemite. Sure looks like it could be... #3678267

Hi Everyone!

Good guesses everyone. The winners are Steve, Sean and Renee! Sean- I'll look into that car or house!

This is in Yosemite, Tioga Pass near the East entrance at sunset. It was shot at end of May on the first day they opened Tioga pass to cars. The snow was still melting and it left temporary ponds in the meadow.

I like the comments! Yosemite is such a beautiful place and I love photographing there. Jen

Rock on- I thought I was on target, but it's only because I've been there. Tioga Pass is very magical to me- I wish I could shoot there more. Nice work Jennifer! (look forward to seeing you in Chicago at BP's summit next Sept.!)

Just for fun, here's a shot I took of a coyote between storms one year, at Tioga Pass.

Happy New Year all! #3760997

Hello Jennifer,
The scenery is very nice. Wish I was there to take a shot :-) Colours and composition have been captured well to but I think you miss a little bit of sharpness, maybe your camera moved a bit by the wind.. I think neat image can help a bit if you would like to.. Personally I like this shot better when the details in for instance the trees (darker parts) would be a little bit more visible. Shadow/highlights option in photoshop could help here. But thats all personal. I like this shot anyway! Best wishes from holland, Corné #4482387
