Description

Shot at San Simeon in the early morning using a 300mm at 1/250 - f/8 with an ISO of 400. As with all these pups contrast was an issue requiring the shadow/highlight adjustment. Slight saturation increase and some USM.

Exif: FNumber: 8, ExposureBiasValue: 0/1, ExposureTime: 0.004, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 400, WhiteBalance: auto white balance

Lori,

Thank you. This was the result of jumping a fence, crossing over private property (the Hearst Corporation)and scrambling (tripping, falling and sliding down to the beach. They will let you know if you are too close and are armed with teeth to make their point but I think thet've seen so many people that their tolerance level is pretty high.
