It looks like the U.S.A. West coast either southern Oregon or more likely the California shoreline around Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Highlands. Very nice shot, though! #2868924

Looking at this photo again, I was wondering if this is somewhere in Alaska. I believe, I see a "seal" in the left side in the water (it could also be just a rock..LOL), the water is icy blue, which would be another indication of a very cold area. #2870674
