Description

I am having so much fun with my new found skills with infrared photography. This is an image of a golf course. The color is the result of special techniques both with the camera settings and post prossessing. f/3.2 1 sec Hoya 72 IR filter. I replaced the grass in the forground with a flood filter and made the shore line irrigular and cloned some of the vegetation to the shore line. Watch for more Ir images each day in my gallery.

Gary I taught myself but with the help of information I gathered from the internet. One good sourse was http://www.pbase.com/allonkira/infrared
Some beautiful pics there. The photographer has an advantage over me, talent and beautiful weather and landscape. But I am catching up quick. I will be posting more soon. E-mail me if you wish and I will share some of what I have learned. mccollum@midsouth.rr.com #2630146
