Thank you so much James, Carolyn and Nadya! I created the "moon" using Render - lighting effects in PS CS2 and used another 2 images for the lighthouse and clouds and combined using layers. I then applied the flood filter, desaturated and applied a blue toning layer... also added a bit of grain. #2558816
